Our Foster Program

In order to pull a dog from the shelters, we need a safe environment to house and care for the pup. This is where foster families come in, where you would get the benefits of having another dog without the legal and financial hassles. If all of your family members are in agreement to help us safe a life, then please fill in the questionnaire below.

Release of Liability and Indemnification:

I understand that live animals are unpredictable and that animal bites or other injuries to humans and other animals or damages to property may occur. I acknowledge that while any foster dog(s) remain the property of HH, I assume full responsibility for any damages to property or injuries to other persons or pets caused by the foster dog(s) and I hereby release HH and its officers, directors, agents, and volunteers (the “Indemnitees”) from any claims of liability for the conduct of the foster dog(s). I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Indemnitees from any and all claims of liability, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action arising out of this agreement, including in consequence of any injury, damage or harm caused by the foster dog(s), except in cases where such injury, damage, or harm is the result of HH’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Foster Parent agrees to pay HH any and all expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees, in enforcing the terms and provisions of this agreement.
